Non-Surgical Butt Lift (BBL)

Similar to the same material used in dissolvable surgical stitches and PDO threads, when placed under the skin, the product will stimulate the body’s natural collagen production in the area.

It can be seen as “liquid PDO threads”, or “semi-permanent filler”

When Biostimulators are place in the buttock, it can help increase tissue growth in the area, as well as:

-Lift

-Shape

-Tighten

-Add volume

-Reduce hip dips

-Reduce appearance of cellulite

Immediately after treatment you will see initial results, but the body will then absorb the water from the product and the buttock may look smaller again, but gradually clinical results can be seen around 3 to 6 months post-treatment as it takes time for new tissues to grow and thicken in the targeted area.

Results may last up to 2-3 years depending on your body as our bodies will breaks down tissues naturally as we age.

Repeat treatments: 

Some people opt to repeat treatment 1 month after initial treatment for a more enhanced result, otherwise a top up session every 1-2 years to maintain the results.

As with all procedures, there will be risks and these may include:

• Bruising
• Bleeding
• Redness
• Itching
• Pain
• Asymmetry
• Nodules
• Undesired results (needing repeated sessions)

BBL stimulators cannot be given if:

• Under 18
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Known allergy to anesthetic or products similar to dissolvable stitches.

Pain: Very Minimal.

The pain is mostly from the product and feels like a sting (stings like soap on paper cut). A blunt instrument called a cannula will be used to deliver the products to the area.

You can resume work and normal activities after the procedure.

However, there are certain activities you should avoid to help reduce the side effects and risks of the treatment. Aftercare will be given on day of treatment.

Yes, you are allowed to sit after the procedure.

Due to Australia’s strict TGA laws, we are not permitted to mention brand names or ingredients of prescription medications. 

The cost of the treatment depends on how much products is being used to work towards achieving the desired result.

Depending on what the buttock already looks like and what the client’s desired results are, approximately 10vials minimum is recommended for effective enhancement of the area. In some other countries, it is not uncommon to use an average of 40-60 vials for the buttock area.

If the goal was only to reduce the appearance of cellulite, without much need for volumisation, less products may be needed depending on the sizeof the buttock and condition of the cellulite.
